CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service total. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. No-shows may also be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
